5. Payments, Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Time of Payment: Due to the customization process, full payment is required when your order is placed.
Cancellations Before Printing: Orders can be canceled before printing begins, subject to a (n%) cancellation fee. Once printing has started, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is incorrect due to an error on our part. Any claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.


6. Referrals
You may be issued a promotional referral code to share with friends when you place an order. If a new customer orders using your referral code, you may be eligible for a reward as outlined in the promotional terms.
